How to Enroll

Your Child

  1. Fill out the Camp Application
  2. Attach a copy of your child’s birth certificate (required, no exceptions)
  3. Attach a copy of the completed Immunization Form. Maryland state law requires that you submit your child’s immunization record even if your child has attended Camp Bennett before.
  4. If your child uses an inhaler for asthma or will be taking medications at camp, please attach the Asthma Form and the Medication Authorization Form. These forms must be signed by your child’s doctor.
  5. Include $20 per camper in cash or in a money order payable to “Central Union Mission.” Please, NO checks accepted.


  • We will not process any applications without all the required forms.
  • Admission is as space permits on a first come-first served basis.
  • Each child may attend one week of camp each summer.
  • No fax applications are accepted; payment is required to register.

There’s no kind of busy like Camp Bennett. A camper’s week includes high and low ropes courses, swimming pool,gymnasium, zip line, nature trails, a playground, arts and crafts, water games and water slide, Carnival Day, Bible study and devotion time and group campfires.

Drop Off and Pick Up



Children should be dropped off Monday of assigned Camp week, 2:00 to 3:00 pm (bus will leave at 3:00 pm) at the Ministry Resource Center, located at 3194 Bladensburg Rd. NE, Suite B, Washington DC, 20018.

Children should be picked up on Friday of assigned Camp week, by 2:30 pm at the Ministry Resource Center, located at 3194 Bladensburg Rd. NE, Suite B, Washington DC, 20018.
